In this interactive iPad app , users can access over 300 real-life case studies to hear patients describe symptoms in their own words and see neurologic pathologies and exam findings demonstrated on screen, enabling them to truly appreciate and recognize classic disease presentations. Neurology Video Textbook provides videos of the patient histories and interviews illustrating the presentations, descriptions of the problems and the pathology, neuroradiologic findings, and disease management and follow-up. The cases, dynamic radiological images, and links to further text discussion guide the user through the content and offer clinical and scientific overviews of the major categories of neurologic disease. Users can navigate forwards and backwards through the app via the home menu, detailed chapter and text menus, or by searching the index. A complete menu of patient videos and cases by topic is also provided.
